是不是應該發到上班族呢？這裡主要都是建房的賣房(地產中介)的甚至炒房的算不算都是professionals 呢？

再說在這土地版你所列的專業至少還應該包括土地發展的一眾相關專業吧包括 architects, landscape architects, 各式 civil engineers (drainage, geotechnical, structural, fire, environmental, traffic), surveyors (land and quantity surveyors), land valuers, urban planners (urban designers), 甚至 arborist （有華人做arborist 嗎？砍樹的好像有幾個但會研究樹木健康可以寫樹木評估報告的植物學家呢？可真的沒聽過有華人做這個）或者上面說的地產中介 - 怎麼能只得又是一般華人最多的 IT Finance Law 和 Business 呢？

lolol, my advice to the group is forget climbing the crap corporate ladder and do something else with your paycheck.

then tell them to read rich dad poor dad haha!

Probably you're right. House(value) is the result of idea.

But Hey, if a person has a great idea, ie, to make fortune, why he or she tells you? Why he(she) not apply the idea to make own wealth first and then dump out-of date opinion to you?

Very good question mate !

I think the power of sharing ideas can not be underestimated. Sure, no one will tell you how to make a lot of money, that is actually not possible, if someone tells you, "hey, I have a solution for you, you can become wealthy if you listen" - then I'll say that is just bullshit.

Nothing comes easy mate, sharing and learning from others is what this group will do!

You have very good thought. But I bet you will waste your time to get those guys together for sharing and learning.

As matter of fact, many good ideas are old, traditional wisdom which are widely published. As long as you pay attention, and apply these wisdom, you'll be very successful.

Thanks buddy. I am aware of the challenges, if others dont want to share and learn, that is THEIR problem, not mine !

So its all good. I am not wasting time, there are stuff which I want to get out of it from this group. So I am not too worried about it. I will be happy to keep this group going as long as I can get stuff out of it.

So come and join us, I am sure you will join it.
