henderson heights 五房三卫双车库
屋况属于中偏上等，房子不新，但干净整洁。
不包家具，整租的话，租多少钱合适啊？

正常得650以上.但是超600就不太好租了.

租房子当然是求离市中心越近越好，如果离市中心远了，那租金只有低才会吸引租客嘛。

henderson heights ? the houses build around 2002 ? I thought most houes there are owner occupied,

it's quite expensive now, almost 1 mil ,or over, on midhurst house sold for 1mil 70k. and another apsley rise, 1mil 5k. ...............................

开发商的最后两套房子，现在卖了一套

还有在卖的是我们家隔壁，20号，女主人要downsize，她妈妈把腿摔了，住不了两层楼了

i like the new house from the developer, but the land seems small, there's no garden at all......

the other minor issue with mihurst is the drive way too long... but not major.

你不觉得哪里的地势很低吗？二楼才和basra dr的一楼一样高。

现在租要想租得快得比同等的便宜30-50，否则很难。5房基本上哪都至少能租650了，1m的房子租这价现在投资没意义。

地有450-550，不算小了吧，中等啊。。。。

20号是议价，我觉得估计要120，她家很大，几乎是那一片最大的房子了

you house has some backyard , but number 12 the house is too big, used all land...no backyard at all, I think the agent was saying 105 can buy, but I didn't put offer cos I'm not sure why they want to negotiate, not auction.... silly me .....

105卖掉了阿已经，其实价钱很合适阿，比我家都低呢，他们5房还是全新的
