Not only Chinese, usually older people likes single level :)

Have to see how old they are, and who they're living with.

800m2 is not a lot of land... this one is a huge house.

I've been to lifestyle blocks with elderly living there

800大平地，成熟街道，算Albany最好街区之一，稍微高了一点，还算不错了。

这点你就错了，我之前看过一个milford 的1层砖瓦2房的独栋的，cross lease，卖了147万，就是一个洋人老太轮椅推进来的。很多洋人老人家，都是卖了海边豪宅，就是要搬到那边的。你就是抢不过。老太得有80多了，全家人出动，这价钱拍下来，都喜极而泣了。俩洋人就能出这价钱。估计同胞早albany买个6房350平的大房住了。
