I bought my home at Randwick Park - note: not for investment, but family home. But price is not cheap at that area, now some good ones goes to high 500, mine is 580.

注意避开公屋和高速高压线就行了基本上是manukau最便宜的地方了

for a house, building area 90, land area 980m with 100m being private driveway, so got about 880m net. can be further sub-divided or add a sleep out.

it seems quite a good price then, please do not take this wrong, 580K can only get a unit on the shore with 100sqm building area ... and you got a house and subdividable section

Well, I would say it is a reasonable price, sections like this in Manurewa or Mangere goes high 500. But anyway, I am happy with my purchase, I would like to live on the shore but budget can only go this far. So everything seems all good expect the area...

其实很多人不知道这里的环境，Randwick Park是一半很好一半很烂，以中间的fish and chips为界，从rosemead place 到 alfriston road 是很好的街区，社区很新而且房子都很漂亮，可是fishi chips往西就一般了，比较像Manurewa，比较破烂。所以记得买fish&chips东边的就好很多。推荐如果有空自己开开车过去看看，Magic way是很漂亮的。

errr.....就是randwick park的一条路，两千年以后开发的一个小区，环境很不错，属于Randwick Park的最好的街道

敢买就是屋主不是官/富二代又不是高薪人士的先买先赢了比什么效除几个洋人近两百万区有哪区不乱
