标题: 以工资加房租收入给父母申请移民 [打印本页]

本人以工资加房租收入(已达到6万5) 给父母申请移民. 关于房租方面，听说要出据租房协议给移民官，来证明我的房租收入, 我看了那个Residential Tenancy Agreement 这个协议好像是针对整租house的，可我只是租出去两个房间，和房客是住在一起的。请问要签哪个协议? 押金要lodge with Tenancy Services吗? 还有移民官会查房租收入有没有交税吗?

租金收入是指房租減扣除一切房貸雜費的NET PROFIT。用這個數字去上稅。打稅記錄絕對需要。

有房贷的..
是这样来算啊? 要是把房贷算进来，那我就达不到6万5的要求了.

房贷是会从租金收入扣除的，而且你的房租收入需要会计做帐，只有缴税的收入才会算

所有担保资金都是上税金额。。。

對呀。我見過我以前同事是全款買了一個CITY APARTMENT來收租，然后幫她爸媽辦的。

你可以找個兼職。或者我覺得最容易是兩人9萬那個。

不这是不对的父母移民申请的收入并不是net 也不需要看房贷请参照以下移民局给我的信

LZ，你這麼急，應該直接找移民局，或者靠譜中介問清楚呀。

以我估計，應該是有起碼的正式的租約。然后銀行紀錄。最重要的是你要將這部分收入上稅。

至于具體操作，你真的要找專業的來打探清楚。這里的意見良莠不齊，很易誤導你的。

除了税单，bank statement, 是不是还得要租房协议？什么协议才是正规的，移民局认可的呢？总不能自己写个合同吧
