没房的都抢着买不到房 有房的都喊着地税太高
得利的是(工党)council , 吃了我们的肉喝了我们的血 还指着鼻子骂我们中国人推高房价！高房价也是因为奥克兰市政府不批地，和国家党关系也不是很大。工党太小人了， 绝对不投工党

这个市长花招太多了。先是把自来水从council分出去成立water care。把原先地税中的污水处理费转为每月从水费中收缴，水费由原来半年一交改为月付。貌似地税基本未动，但你交的钱已经大幅上升了。

等大家已经习惯了，再回到地税这盘棋上来做文章。大家可以计算一下他当政之后各种名目税费前前后后的涨了有多少？

虽然我也不喜欢len brown, 但水费从地税分出去也已经是很久很久之前的事了吧，怎么会跟他有关呢？

老地税里是包含排污费的。原来只需半年交一次水费。现在排污费转到自来水账单里了，比原来大幅增加了。这是成立大奥克兰之后的事儿。

当时因为经济危机奥克兰房屋cv普遍降低，地税也跟着小降一点，但这个降低了的地税不含排污费了。明降暗升！
