标题: 我想知道在新西兰应该怎样报警？ [打印本页]

我之前试过打111，但是111事先接通的是急救，然后才会转火警，之后才会转警察。这中间的历时大概有10分钟，要是真有个急事那可不是耽误了么，所以我在想是不是每个区都会有自己的报警电话，然后直接拨打那个，警察就会在几分钟内赶到？
这个我觉得很重要，尤其是对留学生来说，拜托大家指导一下。非常感谢！

应该不能吧，先问你的肯定是你要报什么警然后才给你转的，不过话说回来，同意LS的说法，nz不会有急事的

一般来说，报警时客服会问你是否有人身安全受到威胁。
如果没有的话一定会慢一点。

如果是举报犯罪，最好打 0800 555111

"Police"

"Hold the line, transfering you to police."

and state your emergency.

thank you, so everyone has to hold the line whatever we want ambulance, fire or policy....
but that should wait for a long time~

Yes, everyone has to make a choice of what they want. because emergency service is not just police service. It could be someone is having a heart attack or a building is on fire.

No, the wait should only be a few second unless one of those service got overwhelm by call in. However, if its overwhelm, a backup service will be activated and directing call to another call center. So the wait should not be a long time. Oh, also depend on how you define "long time" someone will say couple seconds, someone will say couple minutes.
