之前我也看那边。。还行吧只是上高速有点麻烦。。但是听说long bay那附近好像在修高速。。哪修路哪涨价。。

Torbay is not that pricey yet comparing to the surrounding areas like long bay, browns bay and fairview hight

you can drive to Oteha park and ride then take northern express to City. Torbay, nice neighbourhood, the only affordable bay area in north shore

Not new motorway access. A new road called Glenvar Ridge Road for Long Bay is going to be built. The construction will start in Oct. That would help to reduce the traffic around Long Bay schools and Torbay area. Torbay is very safe to buy for now. The price will definitely go up. All schools in Long any and Torbay are decile 10. White people dominated suburb.
