貌似交通局网站上没说。

我问得是朋友间的supervisor，不是商业supervisor。

常理判断难道不是谁开车谁负责么？

still learner driver, the person control the vehicle.
unless is the driving school vehicle, supervisor have control too, then is by the evidence
