请问有推荐的可以帮忙申报builidng consent的设计建筑公司，或个人吗？
准备在Basement加shower box 和 Vanity 和 一个小窗，需要报批building consent，请问是不是只要求针对shower box和vanity这2个水管，和小窗需要申报，所以设计的时候是不是只需要针对这个部分进行画图和设计，而不需要下面整个Basement的设计图？
另外想问一下，如果Council说building works do meet the requirements of the Building Code，这个意思也是需要申报Building consent吗？
