depends on size and number of bathrooms, garage, view, etc.
60m2 units cant match 110m2 units with garage and good view

not here to debate, only just sharing info i happen to have.

LZ was only asking about 2 bdrm unit, did not mention the building area.

这个以前是plaster的，后来整个小区reclad了。确实那边比较便宜。但要小心可能曾经有漏水。

是的，我也说了，是newly recladded :)

前一阵一个这些 Unit 附近的一个600平的地，4房 plaster 的house，不记得多大室内面积了，没有 Cavity，要价 89w，居然还卖掉了，我也是无语了

漏水修好有新的ccc现在基本就当新装修的卖，哪有什么讨价还价的余地。。。。。
