这房子楼上的都去看过了吗？不是plaster的，是1950的房子后来糊了层plaster的。还算结实。就是很吵。景好，真心好啊。吵，真心吵啊。

I saw it when it was for sale in 2005. I think sold for $1.10million. it belonged to hong kong owner at that time.

after 10 years, the price didn't increase that much. Fantastic view, I think this area is still undervalue ......

Fullsite, clifftop, city view, so near to city wow !!!!!......

马路对面刚卖了108还是106.我没说他不好，但吵是事实。

when you looked outside the window ( double glazing), you can't hear any noise at all. Many of the houses on the cliff top has changed to double glazing windows.
The city view is dazzling, the motor-way was like a blood line, the light on the motor way never stop..... it is a beautiful scene.

along the same coast line is northcote point, then freeman bay ( go and compare the prices there), you will see these northcote property is so undervalued......
