Answer the following questions if you were studying towards or had completed your qualification as at 24 July 2011 and you did not claim points for a completed bachelor’s or post graduate degree gained in New Zealand.

Have you studied full time in New Zealand towards a New Zealand recognised qualification of two years or more?	YesNo
Do you have a recognised basic New Zealand qualification gained in New Zealand?

这句话的意思是2011年7月24号以前还是以后入学才可以申请加分？
请高手解答！

2011年7月24号毕业之前的大专学历，也能拿到50分的学历分。2011年7月24号之后毕业，2年课程的大专学历就只有40分的学历分了
