Imagine if you don't buy a house, it must be a better use of money saved from not paying mortgage. Investing in stock market or term deposit in bank? such and such..... Which one can beat inflation over years with minimal risk management? Buying a house is much more than owning a house, people can easily tell you after having some assets on hand how much easier to get more money out of banks.
