买后48小时立刻上市卖, 1.14m买然后中间声称这个区每天涨1000所以建议卖1.99m

all you guys are missing the point, this is the very top agent. Hello!??! Free publicity and advertising on NZ Herald?! how much more marketing can you possibly expect? this agent get free advertising for himself, for his company, for this client! epic!

and why should agent care about IRD / tax? agent's job is simply get the best price for vendor, end of story.

actually this artical from NZ herald had a typo earlier in the morning.
It did say 1.99 million earlier.

Somebody must reported to them and they corrected to 1.199 later.

这房子用料真的不怎样。

浴室的砖没贴到顶，地面的砖是10年前的款式了吧。。。

厅和厨房的复制地板看起来好cheap。。。

These days, buyers don't hvae a lot bargining power.
Main thing is select the area / distric, land / house area and cladding / roof material that you are happy with, and often you'll found the price range is higher than your budget.

Anyone will consider themself lucky if they managed to bite the bullet and bought a house anywhere in Auckland in last 2-3 years. As long as it's not those 95-04 leaky houses.

In today's market, for typical buyers, if you are too picky around every little detail, i.e. the wall socket is not top quality, window frame's colour not right, floor is not premium quality, tile's style too old etc... you'll never able to buy a house at all. (unless you have unlimited budget of course...)

In the past, the new development suburbs(Fb, Hobson, etc...) always have plenty of houses for sale. Now days even those suburbs have not many listing, plus even these new suburbs starts to sell house by Auction now. Taken it all into consideration, this is really not the time for buyers to be picky.

如果真的是买家后悔也不是没有可能，假设真的如此，他要计算中介费(3万？)，五月初到现在这段时间的时间成本(耽误了买其他房子)，其实也没差多少。

其实可能性更大的还是新政对买家的心理产生了影响，尽快脱手。当然每个人的判断是不一样的。

多少钱不重要，这篇报道的本意，还是要隐隐约约表达主流社会对华人炒房的一种不满。特意列出华人中介的名字，转移矛盾焦点，加深民怨，这种舆论趋势是值得警惕的。

原先开价1.199m，后来1.14 买下，买下两天之后决定重新上市，拍卖，不知道多少钱

对，现在洋人抱团，杀鸡给猴看。把华人拿出来祭旗。

虽然我们华人好欺负，但也是新西兰的组成部分，强大的人口基数，欺负我们是不对的。

说不定那华人还真是给中介给忽悠的，而且他很可能是个法盲。

“新西兰天维网6月3日报道援引nzherald消息还记得前段时间那条房产新闻吗？Flat Bush一幢崭新住宅以114万纽币的价格成交，但是在48小时之后，这套物业又开始上市销售。本周二，这套房子又进行拍卖了，由于没有达到卖家心理价位，房子最终流拍。　　这套物业位于Flat Bush的School Rd上，今年三月刚刚建成，拥有6个卧室，有中央吸尘系统，浴室是地暖。两周前，现屋主花费114万纽币将其购买，不过，在买到手48小时后，就又拿出来卖了。
　　在周二的拍卖中，有两人争相竞拍这套物业，最后拍到了117万纽币。但是，由于没有达到屋主的心理预期，所以该房流拍了，现在是议价出售。”
