There is a row of timber piles in the sub floor below the living area that has moved and is leaning, This area requires restrengthening. I strongly recommend that a registered repiler investigate further and make any repairs required. This requires

Rot was found to the purlins it is recommended that the roofing material is removed and timbers replaced where need be. Both areas viewed are along the ridge at the front of the dwelling.
Insufficient ground clearance notes at the front of the dwelling, a minimum of 150mm is required from the top of the finished ground heights outside to the finished floor level inside from any paved surface. This area has the potential to cause moisture
ingress by capillary action when water sucks up between the wall cladding and framing. These areas may have leaked in the past causing damage to the wall framing which cannot be viewed on our non invasive inspection.
