请教一下：Master Builder Guarante 和The Homefirst Builders Guarantee系统有什么区别？因为想买Platinumhomes 的land & home package, 不知道这家公司的口碑如何？他们只有the homefirs builders guarantee，这个是否标准比较低啊？请各位懂的朋友帮忙回答一下！多谢多谢！
