RBNZ Financial Stability Report: Tuesday, 21:00, speech by Governor Graeme Wheeler 15 minutes later. The Reserve Bank of New Zealand publishes this important report only twice per year. The report does not focus solely on financial stability but also discusses the overall situation of the economy, including inflation, which is the Bank’s mandate. 央行没有什么办法的。只有提高首付，提高lvr，提高贷款门槛。这些措施的，目的不是针对房市，而是为了解放OCR。不解放ocr 新西兰出口和货币汇率就毁了。你们房市上那些东西都是一文不值的东西。

这不就是这么一回事儿。央行没办法的。政府已经在现在阶段在表面上拒绝了政府方面的政策调控。央行只能这么弄一下。

今天爬起来一看，现在降息这事情可不好说。一个绝对的拐点上。解放了OCR，不代表这东西会被动，下面应该是要砍一部分OCR，但是什么时候砍很难讲。现在谈一年以后砍OCR是没有意义的。

现在到10月有4个月的时间，算半年吧。
