中介今天介绍了个盘，在北岸beach haven, 如题，请大家给小弟点建议，谢谢！

北岸最差区之一，当北岸的其他区三房最少60多万的时候，beach haven还有50多的

不过现在也是越涨越贵，慢慢洗白中

Three arrests after Beach Haven police pursuit

Wednesday, 29 April 2015, 5:04AM

A police pursuit on the North Shore last night's ended in the arrest of three men.

It started when a Greenhithe resident called police after spotting men in Balaclavas on his property.

They took off towards Beach Haven and dumped their car in Drome View Place, running away on foot.

Two dogs, foot patrols and the police helicopter gave chase and three men were tracked - one is still wanted.

分片，beach heaven costal area还是不错的，但是个人不喜欢，都是大斜坡，而且太深了，只有一条路进去，交通是瓶颈。

只要不是今天拍卖，你都可以自己开车再房子附近的区逛逛感觉一下，然后你就大概可以有点自己的想法了，听别人说不如自己去转转

赞同，这买房要自己多跑几次看看。如果是夏天去beach haven 看房，就想赶紧离开，一条街的都是黑乎乎的皮肤，还看到岛民大姐坐马路边草地上吃。如果想到以后孩子的成长，价格多便宜也不考虑
