那条街比较破，但还不是northcote最乱那块，交通也够方便，没车能过日子。又不吵，如果90以下就卖可太便宜了，不太可能。

IF you keep thinking northcote like that, you will miss out a lot of its potentials.

Ponsonby, westmere, grey lyn were once full of blue collar workers..... City evolve and change within a few years.

我也在找Northcote的房子，租住了几年，位置是真的真的真的很方便！不过这区根本也没有几家在卖。离shops进又旁边没有政府房的就更少。
