朋友在highland park一套房子要加建sleepout
申请递上去了，政府回复说Total contributions 要 $8727 +GST

有几个朋友说一般加建sleepout只要2000多的，我们不明白为什么这次要这么多，请大神指教，不胜感激

PS：另外请问各位大神，sleepout可以加厨房吗？谢谢

你朋友說的可能只是consent申請費 Development Contribution 那是基建貢獻費是按照地價來計算的住宅區來說對新住宅單位才收是不一樣的東西

加设计，水表，申请费，贡献费，等等，你准备三万五左右即可

楼主您这是sleep out 住人的还是minor dwelling ？多大面积？
sleep out我怎么感觉不能有卫浴的

minor dwelling的话要这个价格的

Sleep out 有卫浴但不能有廚房。

这个价钱更像是minor dwelling的contribution。

加厨房是minor dwelling,需要600平地和足够的空间用于车道
