这个便宜。。前几个星期附近一个买了。1.88

这边的房都不能分隔的。大地没用。

大地住着舒服，小孩子院子里跑跑挺好的，也不是没用啦。。。

800以上的平整大地就算不能分割，其价值有2点:

1) 有钱人喜欢大地大房，住起来舒服，相比400的地的新房，土豪肯定更愿意买大地的；
2) CV=LV+IV, 同样的街区,大家可以发现,土地面积大的物业LV上涨的快，因为同样的百分比，大地的LV的基数大, 每3年一次的LV的变化是最受益的.

couldn't agree more. that is why I like pointview. big house, big land and strict land covenant.

NOT IN MY BACK YARD PLEASE ....

Dannemora, east tamamki height這一帶本來就是很貴的，因爲地夠寬大，你如果去過flat bush 那邊就知道， 400左右的地都能賣100萬到130萬

No no..Dannemora is the cheapest in Auckland right now. compared to the similar houses and environment. as long as you not working in the city, Dannemora is a perfect choice. look at north shore and central Auckland. with $1m you can only buy a old dump without a small land.

Dannemora may be the cheaper one compare with northshore, but you cant compare central auckland with Dannemora friend... and i wasnt comparing with northshore nor city, i was comparing with east area, i mentioned flat bush in the beginning.
