是1970年代国外建造的房子，后来运到nz来的。
Polystyrene textured cladding system direct frxed to the timber frame。
No cavity system needed at time of construction.

说当时没有cavity system的要求。那打底是有还是没有？

如果是其他国家建造的房子，那甚至有可能用的不是timber framing.有可能是钢结构. 既然lz说木框架，那一般都是经过处理的。

我很好奇timber framing是怎么知道no rot seen的. 难道房子内墙都被扒开了吗？

direct-fixed to timber frame肯定不如有cavity的好。既然说你说是国外造的，欧美地区的eifs应该在polystyrene 背后还有一层substrate,不知道是什么材料.总归比新西兰这里的direct-fixed强多了吧.

外面油漆注意维护不要出裂纹的话,还是可以很好保护内部的.要记得半年一年检查检查裂纹.

没有cavity 的plaster 房真心不建议买，给自己找麻烦。
