您好，完全可以的。

您可以让对方支付late settlement penalty at 14 percent 一年。

如果对方拒绝的话，你可以考虑起诉对方。

There is an easement on the head title which needs to be surrendered by Auckland Council and there is an easement in gross in regard to the Overflow path to be signed by Council.
