Interests -A171854 Building Line Restriction   -  在舊區街道常見  通常身處在20米以內的舊區馬路的房子都會有這個  用來限制房子不能從馬路中間數起的若干距離內有建築物用來保護街景(房子不能太靠近馬路以容許一定的空間)和將來擴闊馬路之用  是上世紀初Municipal Cooperation Act 的產物  但由於後來有front yard setback 的新要求以及road widening designation這機制所以今日已經沒有什麼實在作用可如果你要在前院建東西如果發現title 有這個的話還是先向Auckland Transport 申請取消才行  而在某些路段 AT 可能不一定容許你remove 這個

-Subject to Section 59 Land Act 1948 - 已經被替代大致是說如果你在園子裡挖到金山銀礦那是屬於政府/皇室的不是你的

- 7849860.2 -  這個是consent notice 或者是 covenants 的號碼來吧？可以向LINZ 訂一份看看說什麼

抱歉這個具體我也不太清楚但應該是和鄰居之間有關於fence 的協議例如高度/樣式/位置等這個你肯定要向LINZ先拿這個document 然後細看/交律師研究才知道是屬於民事的事情
