地的title似乎好多，有点乱，freehold，leasehold，unit，townhouse....
请问有没有什么地方对这些有个详细的解释？谢谢

但是看了之后有一个疑惑。怎么会有free hold的apartment呢？

freehold 的apartment就是在freehold地上的apartment，apartment的title应该是unit title。
