F2.40 General rules

F2.40.5 Applications under Partnership Category ofpersons eligible for inclusion in earlier registrations or expressions ofinterest

If the principal applicant in an applicationunder Partnership Category was eligible for inclusion in a successfulregistration under the Family Quota, the Refugee Family Support Category,Samoan Quota Scheme or the Pacific Access Category, or in an expression ofinterest under the Parent Category from which an invitation to apply wassubsequently issued, but was not included, they must not subsequently begranted residence under Partnership Category.

我觉得这段话只是告诉你有这么个rules，但是跟你没什么关系

基本意思是目前申请配偶类的，如果以前根据---那一大堆-----可以包括在父母类中申请而没有这样做，那么以后该人就不能在配偶类下申请居民资格。
