LIM 上有一条有关土地使用的，很多就是 Main Residential. 但是这个房的LIM 上除了 Main Residential, 还有 Limited Drainage.
有人知道是什么意思吗？

LIMITED DRAINAGE

MAIN RESIDENTIAL

还有一条有关 crosslease 的 Resource consents

There may be conditions at this resouce consent that require compliance before the commencement of the use, or on an ongoing basis.

一般会是什么 condition 呢？
