•         10% deposit payable to  vendor’s solicitors’ trust account upon signing the sale & purchase  agreement, then 10% at unconditional date.   

  

•         Balance of purchase price  payable on settlement Date.

  

•         Settlement date One month  after date of issue of title.

  

•         Building Plans to be approved  by xxxxx limited

  

•         Building covenants will be  registered on property to preserve quality of buildings.  

I/We wish to express interestin purchasing the property described above and enclose my deposit in the amountset out above to be held by the Vendor pending the entry into an approvedAgreement for Sale & Purchase by the date specified above (in which casethe deposit will then be credited to the deposit payable under theagreement).

Notes:  

1.     If this EOI expires without the purchaser entering into an agreementfor sale and purchase of the property, the Refundable EOI Deposit will bereturned to the purchaser.

2.     If the purchaser enters into an agreement for sale and purchase ofthe property, the holding deposit will be applied to the deposit payable underthat agreement.

3.     This EOI is subject to the detailed terms of the formal agreementfor sale and purchase.

4.     This EOI is not binding on either party except in relation to theobligation to refund the Refundable EOI deposit.
