标题: 请问有谁了解Propeller Properties/Investment NZ 吗? [打印本页]

这Propeller Properties / Investment NZ 在电台整天卖广告, 说不需要首期就可以帮你带来 passive income, 搜了一下听说他们在Hamilton 那边有合作开发房产项目, 保证能出租, 而且他们说零首期和没有service charge. 请问他们的作业方式是不是帮开发商(或帮自己) 尽快找到买家还请建房的款项, 而且也帮买家通过一些方式(直接或间接)取得银行贷款而且是零首期(这搞不懂?).

请问有哪位大虾了解可以解释解释一下. 谢谢!
