Winston Peters 经常拿移民来开刷，所以看到他又在脸书上写什么移民把新西兰的房价提高，把新西兰的地都买光都不以为奇了。令我担忧的是下面的评论，看来有很多非亚裔的新西兰人对华人有很多的误解和偏见。

Peters 的原文是：
‘This Auckland billboard says it all. No one can deny that foreign buyers are buying up large in New Zealand, especially in Auckland.

The Government refuses to flick the switch off on immigration to bring some relief for Kiwis who are battling to buy in the overheated housing market.

Many Aucklanders have gone to auctions only to be out bid by overseas buyers, often ringing in by phone.
It's unfair. New Zealanders shouldn't have to compete in their own country, and miss out on owning a home because someone comes from overseas with more in their pockets, or with access to cheaper loans. ‘

• Harry Tavis Bxxxx:  ‘Well my theory is they tried to take over the pacific during the Second World War and failed so they are now just going to populate the countries in the pacific until there is enough of them to run the government.’  日本和中国傻傻分不清

• Ben Mxxxx : ‘ You said it, arent loans in china like 1.5% interest or something along those lines?’  1.5%利息是真的吗？

• Shane Fxxxxxx ：’Fuk the Chinese and the Asians!!’

• Lana Bxxxx : ‘Good lord NZ kick the buggers out!! It's meant to be home grown and green,these guys eat their bloody dogs, they have dog trucks yuck don't let them in!!!’

• Marion Wxxxxx :’typical of money hungry government, arse licking china - AGAIN! They use up everything in their own country then proceed to demolish the rest of the world. Like swarming locusts.’

• Jordan Sim-Sxxxx : ‘damn asians taking our jobs and our country’

• Robert Mcxxxxxx :’Mate I am not reading 300 odd posts. .but....I have said for years that you and only you should be the minister of immigration....these trade offs government has made with the likes of China for trade is hurting us big time...Winston for Minister of Immigration!!’

居然有1.3万赞，有那么一两位同胞试图辩护,我也很好奇1.5%的利率的谣言是哪里来的，我不止一次被人问到这个利率。

随便goolgle 了下,13年统计数据,Chinese 17万,印度15.5。

个人也认为将来有种族冲突的可能性.

Philip Rockit Hakaraia: The Chinese are no different to the pakeha when it comes to being a nzer. Makes no diff to me as maori. We will prob just get pushed down the minority's list a tad faster

Opal Little :The point is though that they can buy houses in nz. More and more are comming here and buying houses which makes the house rate go up making it to expensive for and new zealander to buy a house as it is just to expensive for us, asians are owning houses in new zealand without even having to speak english soon enough they will buy out out economy

Philip Rockit Hakaraia :The fact that you say they have to speak english proves my point exactly. Why should i even have to speak english in the middle of the south pacific ocean? Oh yea coz it was forced on me by immigrants,and my ancestors were ridiculed or jailed for even speaking it in public, hang on, what is the difference between the colonizers and the new chinese immigrants? Oh yea, the chinese havent made me learn their language or made me a second tier citizen in my own country, so why should i hold grudges against them? Also you complain about not being able to buy a house, well join the club or would you like to join my club? In my club we dont have a house and also dont have any land where once we had hectares and hectares of land and it was seized by the pakeha, now when i go back home all i see is a couple of little shacks that we live in next to pakeha in mansions on private beaches that i am not allowed to walk on but my ancestors have looked after for hundreds of years. Welcome to New Zealand my chinese brothers and sisters, just be nice to Maori please

香港的利率比较低，据说有些投资客是拿的香港银行的贷款，kiwi搞不明白
