标题: 四个月的母乳宝宝该不该喂水？ [打印本页]

RT。。。

宝宝四个月了，纯母乳，不知道现在该不该喂点水给他喝了。。。最近实在是太热了，看他有时候人中那块还有冒汗呢。。。

如果可以喂的话，宝妈们建议喂多少ml呢？水是跟我们大人喝的一样，用kettle烧开了变温水了再喂吗？

最近热，我已经喂了。。但是也看她心情，有时候喝。。10-20ml。。有时候喂水就哭，就没喂了。

不用，自己google吧，网上有很多research都说不用，纯母乳可以提供一切水分。plunket也说了不用，前提是全母乳。

不用喂水除非寶寶的小便黃母乳怕寶寶渴就沒事讓他吸兩口不就好了

喂了开始喝的好好的现在怎么也不喝了也许没有甜味

请问你是用勺子还是用奶瓶呀？

我公婆在宝宝一个月后就开始催我们喂水，还要我们喂什么荔枝水之类的。。。我们顶住压力，一直没有喂。。。感觉最近蛮热，我奶水也是刚刚好够他喝，不是超多的那种，所以怕他水分不够，想给他喂点水。。。

亲说的小便黄是那种在nappy上都可以看得出很黄的那种吗？怎么判断小便黄呀？我的奶水是刚刚够他喝的那种，最近又热，怕他水不够。。。纠结啊

2个月就喂了 ,但是最近似乎不买账了哈哈

呀，我也纠结啦。。。我奶嘴也买好了，都消毒消了两次了，还没有下决心来。。。

I used to give warm (pre boiled) water. only 50ml per day cause I was still breastfeeding every 3-4 hours at 4 months.

but since it's pretty hot nowadays you can give room temperature water (I would prefer to boil it first)

不用喂水的，六个月前渴了饿了都是吃母乳哦，另外mm提到母乳刚刚够吃，这个问题不用担心，母乳是越吃越多哦，但是前提是妈妈要多喝水哦，妈妈多喝糖水，多吃蔬菜水果哈

请问这位妈妈，为什么要喝糖水呢？还是你打错了，想说汤水？嘻嘻~

那你宝宝爱喝水吗？喝水了有什么变化吗？我plunket的护士也是说每天50ml左右ok。。

in the beginning he only takes 2 sips and then look at me in disgust because he thinks it was milk, but then it got better gradually, he just drank a couple of sips every hour. the bottle I use is the newborn teat cause water flows quite fast. I let him drink water like every hour or so (but only 2 sips etc) to keep him hydrated.

but now that he is 9 months old he is better at letting me know when he's had enough of water (he'd turn his head away or use his hand to push it away). And he drinks cold water from the fridge (that has been boiled).

我从一个月就喂了，一是老一辈的人都坚持要喂，二是有一天太热，早上看宝宝嘴唇有些干。也没什么事，就用小勺抿嘴一点点。

那你家宝宝现在多大呀？还是用勺子喂吗？Plunket的护士说如果我想以后断奶用奶瓶喂奶，建议我用奶瓶喂水先。。。
