Go and look at areas such as kingsland, ponsonby, westmere, greylynn... do you see much of asian folks there?

现在很多人都是赌CG的,说我一周填400,一年也就填2万进去,1年的涨幅起码都5-10万。胆子太大了

我觉得已经很便宜了(至少不能说贵吧),之前这条街有一个差不多的房子卖了99,过百事迟早的事

No coz the houses there are mostly 80+ years old, we asians prefer newer houses more and decile 10 school zones which these area don't have both. If these areas meets both of these requirements more of us would buy into these areas donlt you agree?

sure asian would buy into those areas if it fits our requirements and budget. However i think kiwi would still pouplates in some of the inner central suburbs, especially professionals where they want a city lifestyle.
