如题 LIM report上land structure/access一栏写着this property contains an area of "FILL". As a result any development of this site is likely to require additional investigation and construction measures. 请问"FILL" 指的是这个地有填充过的吗？如果是的话有没有什么不好的地方呢？LIM 上也没有给出更多解释 那如果要进一步的调查应该怎么做呢？？？？请各位帮忙指出~！！谢谢啦

這個應該是Building Consent / Subdivision Consent 時Council 對車道地質方面情況不太滿意 但又不能不批的情況下 （因為either Building Code 或者 District Plan 都沒有明文說不行）放在LIM 的 Property Information Register 用來提醒新買家注意
