上面看似(其实)都是好消息,对买家是--对卖家难道不是吗?每年一月中到二月中租房市场活跃不必奇怪(上市的不多,而想找到房租的特多--当然含留学生这一大块---此时吹(?)Apartment 价升多少,真是好时机!)
