房客不交房租赖着不走你会怎么处理？

The only way you can do is giving them 14 days letter (rent arrerrs), if the rent arrears is more than 3 weeks, then make the application to tribunal.(ps you still can make the application to tribunal if less than 3 weeks rent arrears, but you have to give them 14 days letter 1st)

That is the only way you can do
