hmm, it depends on the structure for the property. For example: the property is fully fenced, and the exterior wall is damaged by force. Then you may try to claim that from the tenant. You cant just take that from the bond, if the tenant doesnt agree to that, they can bring that to tribunal and claim more than the money you take from the bond. The bond amount to be refunded has to be approved by both sides and signed to the bond centre. If any side doesnt agree to the amount, then the owner/ tenant should bring that to tribunal to let the judicator to make the final decision.
