Is any of you interested in getting into network security? Ideally you are someone that's already a senior in your own field (sys admin, network admin, whatever), and have a passion about network security. We are known as one of the best security team in the country and i have mentored and trained a tonne of senior engineers in the past (many of them have now moved on and work as architect, designer, manager etc etc).

If this sounds like you, IM me (note: i am not the hiring manager, it's a role for my team and i am just interested to find out whether there are any potential candidate on this forum or not).

nope, we are what traditionally called a security analyst/CSIRT Incident Handler/CSIRT engineer. We are the one that help companies defend against hacker etc.

"one of the best security team in the country " 这个倒可以随便说，因为没有比较，也不会有人去排名。

不过怎么说是个大公司的工作机会，还没有找到工作的兄弟姐妹，赶紧抓住机会试试

well, i can make that claim because NZ is a small industry and we know a lot of the security people in most of the large organizations (air NZ, NZ post, big banks, government, police, pen testing firm, XERO, uni etc etc). One of the guy i trained is now working for Cisco in Australia... and we being one of the best is what we have been told and not something we crown ourselve. :)

其他的大公司不说，这里的pen testing的公司水平真一般。

Xero用的是Microsoft stack，以前微软漏洞还是相当多不过现在好很多。今年主要的security risk都是open source的一个heartbleed一个shellshock。

以前多，现在更多。只是有时候时间长了习惯了新闻的关注度会下降而已。
最近最火的是heartbleed和shellshock没错。Windows是幸免了，但上个月也爆出一个类似级别的，Winshock

lz是spark的security team的真的是很好的机会我倒是很感兴趣可惜还不够格啊

你觉得怎样才够格? 现在也许是最合适的时候，等你认为你够格了，可能就不想再去了
