We are looking for a girl to fill in our upstairs single room. Rent is $190 + expense. We share toilet paper, power, internet (recently updated to an 'unlimited plan') and house cleaning stuff. It's the QBA apartment in town, by the end of the Cuba St, definitely central location and good view.
This is a quiet apartment as all flatmates have different work schedule. We tend to keep the apartment clean and tidy. No parties sorry. If you are looking for a nice and quiet apartment in town, this is probably the place you are looking for. Existing flatmates are two girls work in town. both friendly and easy going.
The place is available ASAP, as our current flatmate just got a new job and is moving out with a short notice.
At least 6 months commitment is preferable but not necessary.
Bond is 2 weeks in advance and rent pays fortnightly.
