四口之家，以前是30多一个月，上个月突然升至75，这个月60多。

全月用了12 KL(12吨?)的水。

正常吗？

(查一查, 看漏水了没有), 不过,12吨水应是正常的水平! $30好象太低了.
两个人$100也太多些!!!

以前低估了，然后就两个月一次按照实际的收钱，低估的补回去

然后就按照前两个月的平均数来预估。很正常

我家是正常使用啊，洗衣做饭洗澡。

没改成按月交费之前，一个季度才几十元。

turn off all the water in the house and check the water meter. If the numbers are moving , means there is a leak at the property, then you should get a plumber to find out there the leak is and fix it.
