请问各位大神，LIM REPORT 里面出现这个问题是什么意思，在别的房子LIM里面没有见到过

(3) Notified applications for resource consents that may be relevant to the land
The following applications for resource consent that relate to this land/that are relevant to this land
have been publicly notified under the Resource Management Act 1991:

20/10/1994 1947 28 LOT SUBDIVISION

以前分割的resource consent，公开notify过，可忽略。LIM后面的property file可能有decision letter，有兴趣可以看看。

28 個 LOT 的SUBDIVISION notify 是正常的更不用說那是1994年樓主看那個應該是這28個lots 的其中之一個
