标题: Ellerslie和One Tree Hill周边房价 [打印本页]

在TRADE ME看中区的房子，发现Ellerslie和 One Tree Hill交通满方便的，三房的HOUSE成交价都在五十W以下，这不是跟南区那边的房子差不多价格，怎么那么便宜，是不是有什么猫腻啊
