I know it is not a very good suburb, but the price is not very high, so quite good for investment and first home buyer ba....

All 3 houses have 6-700 m2, CV 310-320K, price estimate around 500-600K?? (not sure....)

I think more like 600-700k
Considering full section properties in Otahuhu are in the 500k price range now.

oh really........

but it is still good for first home buyer with no child or very yound one. In 5-10 years time, the owner can sell and move to other suburb.

To be honest I think first home buyer shouldn't be looking at full section homes ...

Some half section/cross lease homes are in the 400-500k zone in Mt Wellington/Ellerslie.... with good primary school zones too.

There's one sold at barfoot auction last week crosslease in Ellerslie around 550k 3 bedroom all done up, still pretty good price I'd say.

adding 100k at that time (which is about 20k in cash), will get you a 400-500sqm full section in waterview....

我到現在爲止都沒有住過section大於500的房子

所以很難理解想買600+full section 但同時喊沒錢的first home buyer

MT.WELLINGTON值得投资，洋人几年前就入住了。

LZ找的都是现价比高的，不过风险貌似也不小；MT.WELLINGTON SOUTH和OTAHUHU接壤区，渗入吧

mt Wellington isnt cheap area at all ...full-section 3 drms price must be 600k plus it is more expensive where s closer to Remuera ..could be around 700k even more

现在New lynn一带的cross lease也要50W高了

第二个最好啊，第一个第三个光线很差，第三个应该房间也不大，价格肯定过60每套。到不到70看有多少人抢，还有看位置，那边房子位置不太清楚。。 60 以下基本别想了除非捡到便宜。。

我這麼多年回去hk 再回流到nz 居然有人記得我

elleslie school 和stonefield 不錯, parts of mt wellington是stonefield 校區

stanhope road primary 也說這幾年變好了很多

在ellerslie 附近別的就不值一提了
