宝宝5个月了，适应某种食物后，可以添加多少，每天吃几餐？一次吃多少？吃多了会便秘?三天没拉大的，不加辅食每天同一时间拉

at the moment my boy is 5 months old too. I feed him 2 meals a day but sometimes 3. He still wakes up at night to feed. But i'm sure he's had enough to eat during the day cause he'll stop eating when full. Every meal is like 1 table spoon of whatever I'm feeding him.

我家的也5个多月了。每天一顿辅食，2个tablespoon的量，晚上貌似醒的更多。谁说加了辅食有助睡眠啊？。。。完全没有改善

我家白天不睡晚上很多次

我家白天不睡晚上醒很多次

That is so true! haha I asked the plunket nurse about this and she said to feed him more solids so he'll feel full but it doesn't help at all, he still wakes up to feed at night times.

我也发现了该吃多少还是多少，只是现在还多了一顿辅食
