auction room 1 :  12 sold out of 27  =  44%

auction room 2: 2 sold out of 10 =  20%

overall :  37 %

北岸最近上的都是烂房稍好的价格都很高。中区倒是上了好多校网，或好区全幅地

是做。昨天barfoot拍了很多mt eden, epsom, remuera 的房子。这是强行让均价上去的节奏。哈哈
