标题: 请问cross lease的房子做围栏都要邻居签字吗 [打印本页]

我有一个房子是前座，想在前面花园做全围栏，是不是一定要后座签字呢。问了律师，律师说不一定要查条款，有的写了就要签字，没写的就不要。问题是让律师查要收费。律师说也可以直接让后座签字，但还这个文件怎么写呢，大家有没有知道怎么写的，就不需要律师弄了。还有就是cross lease大家的经验是都需要签字的吗。谢谢大家。

Check whether or not there's an fencing agreement on your certificate of titles, if there is go to LINZ and dig up the details. May not need neighbours consent.
