State housing will be a thing of the past. Expect restructuring on State Housing Dept from National Gov't this round.

问题是ＨＮＺ的房子都那么烂，不是所有人都喜欢去买的。

而且卖也不是马上全卖，也许只是每年卖一小部分，那你买了后你的邻居还是那些ＨＮＺ的岛民啊。。。
但的确这方案早就应该实行了，Ｏｒａｋｅｉ等好的地方的公屋真是浪费和奢侈。

我觉得短期对房价会是利空，长期可能是利好。但对租金应该长短期都是利好。

中区很多政府公屋的地理位置很好，而且房子的地是全幅的，都是650左右的。政府快卖公屋吧！

won't be cheap, their sales process will be like private owner. Gov't will take the capital gain happily and spend some where they can buy cheap land or give it to organisations that run social housing.

Some areas in Auckland that used to perceived as state houses will be changing..... National Gov't have gut to do it this time, as it is their 3rd term.

我已经买了公屋的，因为附近还有公屋，所以希望政府卖出，这样房价才会涨！
