Auckland housing tenants could be in for a shock - two-thirds of landlords are intending to put their rents up.

Kiri Barfoot, Barfoot & Thompson director, has just released the findings of its annual landlord survey which revealed that the landlords said they would put rents up by about 5 per cent.

地税，保险，利率，请人维修的labour全部都涨了，比起三四年前几乎涨了一倍。不涨房租cover不了

就是涨也1月份以后涨，圣诞节前难找房客

2年没涨租金，上个月告诉房客从10月开始，每个星期涨$10. 前天被房客告知，车库卷帘门坏了。房子质量是好的哦，去看了，没几百块修不好。还不如不涨房租

如果是使用不当造成的，由房客出钱
如果是正常使用磨损造成的坏了，房东出钱，通常装个新的遥控也才500左右。

正常使用机器到寿命烧了怎么办很难说所以要买投资房还是要到洋人好区买烂区岛毛多的去投资要三思
我只租有正经工作的洋人 credit check什么的都做都知道他们在哪工作
