此時經理走過來了,因為弄了真的很久她可能注意到了,問怎麼回事.印度大媽馬上就轉溫柔的語氣,"this guy lost credit card",然後manager就安慰說別擔心,我們正在幫你. 然後再過了一會印度大媽說, done. 我楞了一下,就順口問了下如果有人撿到卡在網上買東西就刷不出來了唄?? 她非常不耐煩地說,i told you, your credit card has gone!!!!!nononononononono~ u new card will be in your postbox.
實在發火了,她態度非常惡劣且輕視,cso就是客服級別的水準,你不耐心的服務客人那你還想幹嘛啊??一個小小櫃檯都那麼拽,也不知道內部怎麼培訓的啊啊啊啊啊啊.最後manager一直say sorry...以後再也不去那家分行了.作者: DinC 时间: 2014-9-27 08:52:56
