最近在anz办理了home loan，听银行的工作人员说即使pay off了之后还是要花一笔钱找律师来discharge mortage。不知道在anz办理贷款的同学们是怎么dischrage mortage的，是找的律师呢还是可以通过银行直接discharege。

I paid ASB $200 before, don't think you need a lawyer.

Thanks, but the ANZ Bank is insisting that his clients who have paid off their mortgages and want to discharge them have to do so through a lawyer...........

bank will do it for you. pay $200, they will ask someone to do it for you.

or no need to discharge, next time if you need more loan you can apply with the bank without going thru lawyer.

你给完贷款，可以继续留在银行.如果你discharge . 你下次贷款如果用这个房子做抵押，就需要再交200 弄回去
